Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh ketersediaan pelatihan, motivasi, dukungan rekan kerja, dukungan penyilia, dan manfaat pelatihan terhadap komitmen organisasi untuk setiap karyawan yang dipekerjakan dalam organisasi dalam bidang akademis. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan data primer yaitu kuesioner yang disebar di Universitas yang ada di Batam yaitu Univeristas International Batam, Universitas Riau Kepulauan, Universitas Putera Batam, Universitas Universal, Universitas Batam dan STIE Ibnu Sina. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 128 data. Penelitian ini di uji dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel ketersediaan pelatihan, motivasi, dukungan rekan kerja, dukungan penyilia dan manfaat pelatiha berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dalam bidang akademis. ********************************************************************** The research conducted aims to determine the effect of the availability of training, motivation, peer support, supervisor support, and the benefits of training on organizational commitment for every employee employed in the organization in the academic field. Research conducted using primary data, namely questionnaires distributed at universities in Batam, namely Univeristas International Batam, Universitas Riau Kepulauan, Universitas Putera Batam, Universitas Universal, Universitas Batam and STIE Ibnu Sina. The data used in this study were 128 data. This research was tested using SPSS version 21. The results of this study conclude that the variable availability of training, motivation, colleague support, supervisor support and training benefits have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment in the academic field.
