Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisis partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja pekerjaan. Dalam penelitian ini tidak hanya menjelaskan hubungan partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja kinerja pekerjaan, tetapi juga menjelaskan variabel kepuasan kerja dan informasi yang relevan dengan pekerjaan terhadap variabel kinerja pekerjaan. Sampel yang digunalam dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan disuatu perusahaan yang memiliki karyawan lebih dari 50 orang. Total dari responden yang telah digunakan adalah sebanyak 148 responden. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data sampel adalah penyebaran kuesioner. Data penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan sistem aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini dapat membuktikan partisipasi anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerjaan, sedangkan informasi yang relevan dengan pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerjaan, dimana dengan adanya rasa puas dalam diri karyawan dan penggunaan informasi yang relevan dengan pekerjaan akan membantu karyawan dalam penggunaan anggaran dan hal tersebut akan meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik lagi. ********************************************************************** This research has the purpose to analyze the relationship between participation in a budget on performance of the work. In this study not only explains the relationship of participation a budget on performance the performance of the work, but also describes the variable job satisfaction and information relevant to job performance variables against the work. The digunalam sample in this research are employees within a company that has employees more than 50 people. A total of respondents that have been used are as much as 148 respondents. The methods used to collect the data sample is the dissemination of the questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using SPSS application system. Results from research that has been done can be proven significant budgetary participation has no effect on performance of the work, while information that is relevant to the job and job satisfaction have significant influence towards the performance of the work, where the presence of complacency within the employee and use of information that is relevant to the job will help employees in the use of the budget and it will increase the performance even better.
