Abstract
Proyek Skripsi ini dilaksanakan dalam upaya mengembangkan suatu aplikasi untuk mensistemasi proses permohonan surat rekomendasi dengan pengimplementasian model C2G (Consumer to Government). Pengerjaan skripsi ini dimulai dari tanggal 12 September 2018 hingga 23 Januari 2019. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berupa HTML dan PHP, serta framework bootstrap untuk mengoptimalkan interface yang user friendly dan meningkatkan nilai User Experience. Dalam perancangan sistem ini, penulis mengacu pada metode kerangka kerja Scrum dengan pendekatan Agile dengan harapan akan meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan efektivitas dalam pengembangan sistem. Hasil akhir dari proyek ini adalah berupa sistem C2G yang berguna untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam permohonan surat rekomendasi rumah ibadat secara online. ********************************************************************** This Project was done as an attempt to develop an application to systematize letter of recommendation requesting process by implementing C2G (Consumer to Government) model. This Thesis is executed during the period of 12th of September 2018 to 23rd of January 2019. The Application was constructed using the HTML and PHP Programming Language, along with the bootstrap framework in order to optimize an user-friendly interface and raise the value of the user experience. Designing the system, writer relied on the Scrum framework method with the Agile Apporach which is expected to increase the efectiveness and flexibilities in developing the system. The final result of this project is a C2G system that will facilitate user in submitting online request for letter of recommendation.
