Abstract
Penelitian bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel independen yang akan diteliti yaitu rekrutmen dan seleksi, kompensasi, pelatihan dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan dari beberapa perusahaan ekspedisidi Batam. Penelitian yang berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan ini dilakukan dengan metode survei langsung kepada responden dengan cara menyebarkan kuesionersebanyak 300 set. Responden dalam penelitian ini sudah ditetapkan yaitu karyawan dari lima perusahaan bidang ekspedisi di kota Batam. Sebanyak 288 kuesioner didapatkan kembali untuk kemudian ketahapan berikutnya yaitu uji data dengan program SPSS. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian mencerminkan nilai yang sesuai denganhipotesis yang sudah dirumuskan, dimana semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dependen. Dengan hasil ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada bidang penelitian akademik yang berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan. ********************************************************************** The study intends to determine the effect of each independent variable to be studied, namely recruitment and selection, compensation, training and performance appraisal on employee performance for employees of several shipping companies in Batam. Research related to employee performance was conducted by direct survey method to respondents by distributing questionnaires totaling 300 sets. Respondents in this study have been determined namely employees of five companies in the field of expedition in the city of Batam. A total of 288 questionnaires were retrieved to proceed to the next step, namely the data test with the SPSS program. This research method uses quantitative research research. The results of the study reflect the value in accordance with the hypothesis that has been formulated, where all variables have a significant effect on the dependent. With these results it is expected to contribute to the field of academic research related to employee performance.
