Abstract

Industri Pariwisata di Indonesia saat ini telah berkembang sangat pesat. Meningkatnya industri pariwisata yang sangat pesat dapat meningkatkan devisa atau pendapatan sebuah negara. Negara Indonesia juga merupakan sebuah negara yang memiliki sebanyak 17.504 pulau dan juga memiliki banyak objek – objek wisata dan keindahan – keindahan alam budaya yang bisa di kunjungi oleh wisatawan – wisatawan manca negara. Tidak hanya itu negara Indonesia juga berbatasan langsung dengan negara – negara lainya yaitu Malaysia, Singapura dan Australia sehingga dapat mempermudah wisatawan mancanegara untuk berkunjung ke Indonesia. Snowball sampling digunakan sebagai penyebaran kepada responden dalam penelitian. Snowball sampling merupakan sebuah metode yang digunakan dengan memberikan kuesioner atau data primer kepada satu responden yang dijadijan pihak pertama dalam pengisian data kemudian pihak pertama tersebut memberikan data primer yang lainnya yang belum diisi kepada pihak yang lainnya. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis kesatu dengan menggunakan regenerasi berganda menunjukan hasil gambaran tujuan berpengaruh terhadap sikap emosional, hipotesi kedua sikap emosional berpengaruh pembicaraan tidak baik, hipotesis ketiga sikap emosional berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran, hipotesis keempat pembicaraan tidak baik berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas tujuan dan hipotesis kelima pembicaraan penghindaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas tujuan. ********************************************************************** The tourism industry in Indonesia is currently growing very rapidly. The rapid rise of the tourism industry can increase a country's foreign exchange or income. The country of Indonesia is also the largest archipelago in the world with a total of 17,504 islands and also has many tourist objects and natural cultural beauty that can be visited by foreign tourists. Not only that the country of Indonesia is also directly bordered with other countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore and Australia so that it can facilitate foreign tourists to visit Indonesia. The respondents of this study were determined based on snowball sampling. Snowball sampling is a sample method that is taken from one person (the first party) with the help of another person (third party) which will help give to other respondents in accordance with the category. Based on the first hypothesis test using multiple regeneration shows the results of the picture of the goal of influencing emotional attitudes, the second hypothesis of emotional attitudes influences bad talk, the third hypothesis of emotional attitudes influences avoidance, the fourth hypothesis of bad talk influences goal loyalty and the fifth hypothesis of avoidance talks has no effect towards goal loyalty
