Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan melihat pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi dan pelatihan kepada kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Batam Centre. Guru merupakan tenaga pendidik yang memberikan suatu ilmu pengetahuan, mendidik, membimbing, memberikan penilaian, melatih, hingga melakukan evaluasi kepada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin menganalisis hubungan penelitian ini secara langsung. Motivasi, kompetensi dan pelatihan merupakan variable independen. kinerja karyawan adalah variable dependent. peneliti menyebarkan 155 set kuesioner kepada karyawan guru sekolah dasar swasta di Batam Centre, diantaranya adalah SD Alkaffah, SD Muhammadiyyah Plus, SD Islam Plus Al Wafah, SD Islam Nabilah dan SD Cendana. Kuesioner memiliki 62 pertanyaan yang mewakili variable penelitian ini, dan data diolah menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi, kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja guru SD Alkaffah, SD Muhammadiyyah Plus, SD Islam Plus Al Wafah, SD Islam Nabilah dan SD Cendana. Namu pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan guru tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. ********************************************************************** This study aims to see the effect of motivation, competence and training on the performance of elementary school teachers in Batam Center. Teachers are educators who provide knowledge, educate, guide, provide assessment, train, and conduct evaluations to students. Therefore the researcher wants to analyze the relationship of this research directly. Motivation, competence and training are independent variables. Employee performance is dependent variable. The researchers distributed 155 sets of questionnaires to employees of private elementary school teachers at Batam Center, including SD Alkaffah, SD Muhammadiyyah Plus, Islamic Plus Al Wafah Elementary School, Islamic Nabilah Elementary School and Cendana Elementary School. The questionnaire had 62 questions that represented the variables of this study, and the data were processed using PLS. The results of this study are motivation, competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of elementary school teachers at Alkaffah, SD Muhammadiyyah Plus, SD Islam Plus Al Wafah, SD Nabilah and SD Cendana. However the training on the performance of the teacher's employees did not have a significant effect.
