Abstract
Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mempelajari pengaruh hubungan dari variabel organizational culture dan leadership dengan job satisfaction yang dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention karyawan pada perusahaan machining center di Kota Batam. Objek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di kota Batam yang bekerja di daerah kompleks Citra Buana Center Park 1. Metode penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu sampel penelitian harus memenuhi kriteria karakteristik dari tujuan utama penelitian. Sedangkan metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan aplikasi smart PLS versi 3.0 untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen (organizational culture dan leadership) dan variabel mediasi (job satisfaction) terhadap variabel dependen (turnover intention). Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa organizational culture berpengaruh tidak signifikan positif terhadap variabel mediasi (job satisfaction), dan variabel dependen (turnover intention), baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Sedangkan leadership berpengaruh signifikan positif baik secara langsung secara tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention, maupun melalui variabel mediasi (job satisfaction). ********************************************************************** The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between variable organizational culture and leadership with job satisfaction which can influence employees’ turnover intention in machining service industries in Batam City. The object examined in this study were employees in the city of Batam who worked in the Kompleks Citra Buana Center Park 1. The research method used in this study is purposive sampling, which the research sample must meet the criteria characteristic of the main objectives of the study. Whereas the research methodology uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) method with the smart PLS version 3.0 application to analyze the influence of independent variables (organizational culture and leadership) and mediating variables (job satisfaction) on the dependent variable (turnover intention). The results of this study show that organizational culture has no significant positive effect on mediation variables (job satisfaction), and the dependent variable (turnover intention), as well as directly and indirectly. While leadership has a significant positive effect both directly indirectly on turnover intention, as well as through mediating variables (job satisfaction).
