Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki maksud dan tujuan untuk menganalisa dampak pengaruh dari Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. dalam analisis ini perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai subjek ialah Perusahaan telekomunikasi yang berbasis di kota batam, yakni PT. Telkom Indonesia. Jumlah dari populasi dari PT. Telkom Indonesia ialah sebanyak 260 karyawan yang tersebar disetiap cabang yang ada di Kota Batam, sementara jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan dalam analisis ini ialah sebanyak 130 responden. Dimana 130 responden tersebut harus menjawab kuesioner yang mana merupakan teknik penggunmpulan data yang digunakan pada analisis ini, pada kuesioner tersebut menggunakan skala likert. Hasil yang didapatkan dilakukan uji analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan Software IBM SPSS, dimana didapati bahwa Variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Pelatihan Berpengaruh Positif pada Kinerja Karyawan ********************************************************************** This study has the intent and purpose to analyze the impact of the influence of the Work Environment, Work Motivation and Training on Employee Performance. in this analysis the company used as the subject is a telecommunications company based in Batam city, namely PT. Telkom Indonesia. Amount of population from PT. Telkom Indonesia as many as 260 employees spread in each branch in Batam City, while the number of samples used in this analysis were 130 respondents. Where 130 respondents must answer the questionnaire which is the data collection technique used in this analysis, on the questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results obtained were tested by multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS software, where it was found that the variable Work Environment, Work Motivation and Training had a positive effect on Employee Performance
