Abstract
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melakukan analisa pengaruh dari variabel gaya kepemimpinan, etik dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Matahari Departement Store Batam. Adanya hubungan gaya kepemimpinan, etik dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan memberikan dampak positif bagi karyawan di Matahari Deparment Store Batam layaknya pada studi terdahulu sehingga pengaji beranggapan isu kinerja pada karyawan perlu diperhatikan lebih dalam di perusahaan yang semakin berevolusi seiring waktu. Pengkajian membutuhkan jangka waktu untuk mengumpul data-data yang dikerjakan dengan cara memberikan kuesioner, kuesioner yang disebar berjumlah 170 responden. 158 data responden yang diolah dikarenakan adanya beberapa kuesioner penelitian yang tidak kembali. Penulis memperoleh data kemudian di uji melalui metode regresi berganda. Untuk proses penelitian dan alat yang digunakan antara lain adalah program SPSS dengan versi 22. Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara semua variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian membuktikan variabel gaya kepemimpinan, etik dan iklim organisasi mempunyai hubungan yang terikat terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan. Variabel yang tertera pada model penelitian membuktikan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Matahari Deparment Store Batam. ********************************************************************** This reasearch conduted with the aims to analyze the influence of the variables of leadership style, ethics and organizational climate on the performance of Matahari Departement Store Batam employees. The existence of leadership style, ethics and organizational climate for employees who are able to provide positive benefits for employees at Matahari Deparment Store Batam is like a better study in companies that are increasingly evolving over time. Assessment requires time to collect data that is done by giving questionnaires, questionnaires that are distributed by 170 respondents. 158 data processed as respondents were several research questionnaires that did not return. Data writing is then tested using method statistics. For the thesis process and other programs is the SPSS program with version 22. The results of the study prove that the variables of leadership style, ethics and organizational climate have a relationship with the dependent variable of employee performance. The variables listed in this research model have an important role in improving the performance of employees of Matahari Deparment Store Batam
