Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari skills, knowledge, behavior, dan attitude terhadap financial inclusion pada masyarakat di Kota Batam. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pendekatan deduktif dimana penulis menggunakan logika untuk menarik sebuah kesimpulan berdasarkan seperangkat premis yang diberikan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat sampel sebanyak 150 responden yang diperoleh dengan memakai metode Hair et al. yaitu jumlah indikator dikali 5. Data-data yang didapatkan dari sampel penelitian akan dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel knowledge, behavior, dan attitude memiliki hubungan signifikan positif terhadap financial inclusion. Variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial inclusion yaitu skills. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of skills, knowledge, behavior, and attitude towards financial inclusion in the community of Batam City. This research was conducted using a deductive approach method where the author uses logic to draw a conclusion based on a set of given premises. In this research there were a sample of 150 respondents obtained using the Hair et al. method, namely the number of indicators multiplied by 5. The data obtained from the research sample will be analyzed using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this research explained that knowledge, behavior, and attitude variables have a positive significant impact towards financial inclusion. Variables that do not significant correlation towards financial inclusion is skills.
