Abstract
Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB) merupakan salah satu universitas yang ada di Pulau Batam Kepulauan Riau yang mempunyai mahasiswa kurang lebih 5000 mahasiswa yang mana semua mahasiswa pada suatu saat pasti akan melaksanakan ujian tengah semester (UTS) dan ujian akhir semester (UAS). Ujian yang di laksanakan di Universitas Internasional Batam masih bersifat tertulis / ESSAY, setiap mahasiswa mengerjakan setiap soal yang di berikan dosen di atas kertas folio. Pada perancangan Mesin Stempel Otomatis ini, menggunakan arduino sebagai kontrollernya. Diharapakan dengan dibuatnya alat ini dapat membantu meringankan kerjaan yang ada di Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK) Universitar Internasional Batam. Dari percobaan pengecapan kertas secara manual didapatkan rata-rata untuk 10 kali percobaan adalah 21.05 detik, sedangkan untuk pengecapan kertas secara otomatis didapatkan rata-rata untuk 10 kali percobaan adalah 16.89 detik. ********************************************************************** Batam International Universiy is one of the universities in Batam Island, Riau Islands, which has approximately 5,000 students, where all students will one day take midterm and final semester examinations. Exams conducted at Batam International University are still written / ESSAY, each student does every question given by lecturers on folio paper. In the design of this automatic stamp machine, using Arduino as the controller. It is hoped that this tool can help ease the work in the Academic and Student Administration Bureau of the Batam International University. For the manual stamp test the average of the ten times test are 21.05 seconds, and for the automatic stamp test the average are 16.89 seconds.
