Abstract
Keselamatan kerja merupakan kondisi yang terbebas dari suatu kondisi yang tidak aman. Apabila program kesehatan baik dapat menguntungkan pekerja baik fisik maupun material. Kondisi kesehatan yang baik memberikan dampak yang positif bagi pekerja sehingga pekerja jarang absen sehingga pekerja bisa bekerja secara efektif. Penelitian keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja ini menggunakan metode Hazard Identification and risk assessment (HIRA). Penelitian ini merupakan deskriftif kualitatif dilakukan melalui survey dan wawancara untuk mengetahui risiko mengenai keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan Hotel Grand Batam. Berdasarkan analisis 62 item pekerjaan didapatkan hasil 34 risiko masuk dalam kategori extreame (E), 12 risiko dikategorikan High (H), 9 risiko dikategori moderate (M), dan terdapat 7 dikategori Low (L) ********************************************************************** Work safety is a condition that is free from an unsafe condition. If a good health program can benefit workers both physically and materially. Good health conditions have a positive impact on workers so workers are rarely absent so that workers can work effectively. This occupational health and safety study uses the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) method. This research is a qualitative descriptive conducted through surveys and interviews to find out the risks regarding occupational safety and health in the implementation of the construction of the Hotel Grand Batam. Based on the analysis of 62 work items, 34 risks were included in the extreame (E) category, 12 risks were categorized as High (H), 9 risks were categorized as moderate (M), and there were 7 in the category Low (L)
