Abstract

Kota Batam adalah kota yang terletak dijalur pelayaran internasional dan daerah yang strategis serta ramai dengan wisatawan sehingga merupakan kota yang pertumbuhannya sangat pesat. Untuk itu diperlukan proyek pembangunan atau konstruksi yang banyak dan cepat. Dengan demikian, tingkat kerumitan untuk mengendalikan proyek akan semakin tinggi dan waktu yang diperlukan juga semakin panjang. Saat ini sering ditemukan proyek-proyek konstruksi yang terlambat, sehingga dibutuhkan analisis untuk setiap masalah penyebab keterlambatan dengan berbagai pilihan solusi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui penyebab-penyebab keterlambatan waktu pada proyek konstruksi di Kota Batam dan solusi yang dominan pada setiap penyebab tersebut serta mencari solusi utama atau peringkat pertama untuk menyelesaikan masalah keterlambatan waktu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada tenaga kerja di proyek konstruksi Kota Batam, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Setelah kuesioner yang dibagikan telah terkumpul, maka dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis ranking menggunakan program SPSS 25. Berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabel pada hasil penelitian ini ditemukan variabel yang tidak valid yaitu variabel A3.1 (merekrut tenaga kerja dari luar yang berpengalaman) dan variable yang tidak reliabel yaitu variabel A.4 (keterlambatan penyediaan alat atau material akibat kelalaian kontraktor). Analisis ranking pada penelitian ini diperoleh solusi utama atau ranking pertama untuk menyelesaikan masalah keterlambatan yaitu menyediakan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan keahlian. ********************************************************************** Batam City is a city located in the international shipping lanes and strategic area and crowded with tourists, making it a city with very rapid growth. For this reason, a lot of construction or construction projects are needed quickly. Thus, the level of complexity to control the project will be higher and the time taken will also be longer. Currently there are often construction projects that are late, so analysis is needed for each problem causing delays with a variety of solution choices. The purpose of this study is to find out the causes of time delays in construction projects in Batam City and the dominant solution for each of these causes and find the main solution or first rank to solve the problem of time delay. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to workers in Batam City construction projects, with 30 respondents. After the distributed questionnaire has been collected, then the validity test, reliability test and ranking analysis are carried out using the SPSS 25 program. Based on the validity and reliable test on the results of this study found invalid variables namely A3.1 variables (recruiting workers from outside experienced) and variables that are not reliable, namely variable A.4 (delay in the provision of tools or material due to contractor negligence). Ranking analysis in this study obtained the main solution or the first ranking to solve the problem of delay is to provide workers in accordance with expertise.
