Abstract

Bandar Udara Internasional Raja Haji Fisabilillah merupakan bandar udara yang ada di Kota Tanjungpinang dan merupakan bandara yang cukup tinggi dalam tingkat pelayanan terhadap arus penumpang maupun barang. Berdasarkan data dari Airport Quality Angkasa Pura II bahwa pertumbuhan penumpang mengalami penurunan dan peningkatan dalam 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir, tercatat data tahun 2015 sebanyak 258.936 orang, tahun 2016 menurun menjadi 246.828 orang dan meningkat kembali di tahun 2017 sebanyak 351.688 orang. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap terminal penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Raja Haji Fisabilillah. Metode yang digunakan ialah observasi dan survei. Metode analisis data mengacu pada SNI 03-7046-2004 mengenai standar luas (kebutuhan) ruang terminal penumpang serta forecasting menggunakan Metode ARIMA. Hasil evaluasi dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa terminal penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Raja Haji Fisabilillah masih memenuhi standar dan syarat yang berlaku sesuai SNI 03-7046-2004. Dengan hasil sebagai berikut: Jam puncak terjadi pada pukul 05:45 - 06:45 WIB; luas hall keberangkatan adalah 507 m² dan luas hall keberangkatan yang ada pada kondisi eksisting adalah 633,6 m²; jumlah X-ray adalah 1 (satu) unit dan jumlah X-ray pada kondisi eksisting adalah 2 (dua) unit; jumlah counter check-in adalah 11 counter dan jumlah counter check-in pada kondisi eksisting adalah 11 counter; kapasitas total ruang tunggu keberangkatan adalah 591 orang dan jumlah penumpang yang menggunakan ruang tunggu keberangkatan adalah 212 orang, maka dengan hasil tersebut LOS (Level Of Service) tidak akan dievaluasi; luas baggage claim area adalah 187,11 m² dan luas baggage claim area pada kondisi eksisting adalah 388,8 m² dan pergerakan penumpang untuk 5 (lima) tahun mendatang menunjukkan seluruh fasilitas peralatan pelayanan kebutuhan terminal penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Raja Haji Fisabilillah masih memadai dari tahun 2019 - 2023 dengan hasil forecasting sebanyak 385.582 orang. ********************************************************************** Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport is an airport in Tanjungpinang and it is quite high in service levels for the flow of passengers and goods. Based on the data from Airport Quality Angkasa Pura II, the passenger growth has both decreased and increased in the last 3 (three) years. In 2015, there were 258,936 people in total and has decreased to 246,828 people in 2016 and increased again in 2017 by 351,688 people. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the terminal of Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport. The method used are observation and survey. The data analysis method refers to SNI 03-7046-2004 which includes the broad standard (needs) of passenger terminal space and forecasting using the ARIMA Method. The evaluation and analysis results show that the terminal of Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport still meets the applicable standards and requirements according to SNI 03-7046-2004. With the results as follows: The peak hours occur at 05:45 - 06:45 WIB; the departure hall area is 507 m² and the departure hall area that exists in the existing condition is 633.6 m²; the number of X-rays is 1 (one) unit and the number of X-rays in the existing condition is 2 (two) units; the number of check-in counters is 11 counters and the number of check-in counters at existing conditions is 11 counters; the total capacity of the departure lounge is 591 people and the number of passengers using the departure lounge is 212 people, therefore the results of LOS (Level Of Service) will not be evaluated; extensive baggage claim area is 187.11 m² and the area of the baggage claim area at existing conditions is 388.8 m² and passenger movements for the next 5 (five) years indicate that all equipment facilities for the needs of terminal passengers of Raja Haji Fisabilillah International Airport are still adequate for the year of 2019 to 2023 with forecasting results of 385,582 people.
