Abstract

Waktu merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam memanajemen suatu proyek selain biaya dan kualitas. Proyek yang tepat waktu merupakan salah satu tujuan bagi pihak pemilik maupun pihak kontraktor, sehingga keberhasilan dalam mengendalikan waktu dan melakukan pengawasan yang teratur dapat memperoleh hasil akhir yang sesuai dengan rencana awal. Salah satu masalah dalam konstruksi proyek adalah keterlambatan. Keterlambatan suatu proyek akan menyebabkan kerugian terutama pada biaya bagi pihak kontraktor maupun pihak owner. Keterlambatan suatu proyek biasanya terjadi dikarenakan faktor – faktor keterlambatan yang muncul. Untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor tersebut, peneliti mencari beberapa referensi ataupun literatur yang ada tentang faktor – faktor keterlambatan dan mengumpulkannya menjadi satu kuesioner dan didistribusikan. Dengan begitu peneliti mendapatkan hasil penelitian tersebut berupa faktor keterlambatan proyek konstruksi di Kota Batam, tingkat pengaruh suatu faktor, serta faktor yang paling berpengaruh di Kota Batam. ********************************************************************** Time is one of the important part in managing a project aside from cost and quality. On time project is one of the goals for the owner and the contractor, so if success in controlling time and conducting a regular supervision can produce a final product according with what we plan. One of the problem in project construction is delays. Delays project will cause losses, especially money from owner and contractor. Delays usually occur due to factor of delays that arise. To find out that factors, researchers looked for some reference or existing literature about factors of delay and gather them to make a questionnaire to distribute it. That way the researcher can get the result of the studies such as delays factors in Batam, the level of influence, as well as most influential factors in Batam.
