Abstract

Penelitian tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perndingan hukum mengenai Kendaraan cecara umum dan kendaraan listrik secara khusus antar indonesia dan australia, dan antara negara berkembang dan negara maju. Karena topik kendaraan litrik masih baru, penulis berharap untuk melihat perkembangan hukunya di dua negara ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adala metode normatif dengan mempelajari teri hukum dan undang undang yang ada di kedua negara. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berisikan smber hukum primer,sekunder dan tersier. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perbandingan, data dianalisa secara desriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian ini, penulis menemukan bahwa dala mengatur kendaraan, diperlukan dua jenis hukum. Pertama, hukum mengatur kemanan dan kelayakan jalan dan yang dua hukum yang mengatur perpajakan.Indonesia memiliki hukum yang mengatur pengujian kendaraan listrik tapi tidak ada hukum yang mengatur kendaraan listrik.Jika dihubungkan dengan teori hukum pembangunan, Hukum Indonesia dalam hal kendaraan listrik tidak berkembang sejalan dengan berkembangnya masyarakat. ********************************************************************** This final undergraduate project aim is to compare the vehicle law in general and elctric vehicle law specifically in both Indonesia and Australia, between developing countries and first world countries.Because the topic of electric vehicle iis new, the author hope to see the development of the law between ths two country. The Method that the author use in this project is Normative legal research by studying law theories and legislation that exist in both countries.The data use in this project is secondary data which consist of primary legal material, secondary legal material and tertiary legal material.This research use the comparative approach, the data being analyse using descriptive qualitative method. From this research, the author finds that in vehicle law, there are two kind of law that required. First, law that regulates safety and roadwrthiness and the second one a law that oversee Taxation. Indonesia have a law that properly test electric vehicle, but when it comes to taxation, there is no law that mention electric vehicle.This, if connected to Theory of legal development shows that in terms of electric vehicle law, Indonesia lawcod not develop at the same pace as The development of society.
