Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari harga, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian teh botol Sosro di kota Batam. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah mengkonsumsi teh botol Sosro di Batam, dengan metode pemilihan acak sederhana. Sebanyak 220 kuisioner yang dibagikan di sekitar kantor cabang bank yang memberikan layanan internet banking di Batam. Dari 220 responden tersebut, hanya 204 responden yang bisa digunakan dalam analisa penelitian. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari harga, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap niat keputusan pembelian. This study aimed to investigate the effect of price, product quality and promotion towards consumer decision making of the botol Sosro in Batam. Samples were teh botol sosro consumer in Batam, with a simple random method. Total of 220 questionnaires were distributed around bank brand office that provide internet banking services. From 220 respondents, only 204 respondents that can be used for the analysis. The results showed that there is a positive effect of price, product quality and promotion towards consumer decision making.
