Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keragaman kinerja pada karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahan perjalanan wisata di kota Batam. Apakah di kota Batam sudah menerapkan kesetaraan jenis kelamin dan apakah keragaman usia dan latar belakang pendidikan juga ikut berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di kota Batam. Sampel dari penelitian adalah perusahaan perjalan wisata di kota Batam yang mendapatkan rating bintang lima (5) di pencarian google. Sampel ini menggunakan metode probability. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner sebanyak 131 lembar. Program yang digunakan dalam pengujian data adalah Statistical Package for the social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan variabel keragaman usia dan jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan keragaman latar belakang pendidikan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ********************************************************************** Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between the diversity of performance on employees on the performance of employees in travel companies in the city of Batam. Whether in Batam city has applied gender equality and whether diversity in age and educational background also influence the performance of employees in the city of Batam. The sample of the study was a travel company in the city of Batam that received a five-star rating (5) on google search. This sample uses the probability method. Data collection was done by giving 131 questionnaires. The program used in data testing was Statistical Package for the social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study showed that the variables of age and sex diversity did not significantly influence employee performance, while the diversity of educational backgrounds significantly affected employee performance.
