Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan upaya sadar dan terencana dalam mewujudkan watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dan bertanggung jawab, sebagai pendukung terlaksananya cita-cita bangsa dan negara yaitu mencerdaskan generasi bangsa Indonesia, maka dibentuklah suatu lembaga dalam bidang pendidikan yang disebut sekolah. Sekolah terbagi atas beberapa jenjang diantaranya Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Sekolah Menengah Atas hingga ke Perguruan Tinggi. Selain mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, pembentukan karakter yang sopan santun juga merupakan unsur penting yang harus diterima murid atau peserta didik di sekolah oleh guru atau pendidik. Isu kekerasan masih sering terjadi di dalam lingkungan sekolah. Tindak kekerasan tersebut tidak hanya dirasakan oleh peserta didik namun juga dirasakan oleh pendidik sebagai guru. Tindakan kekerasan yang dapat diterima peserta didik maupun pendidik dapat berupa kekerasan fisik maupun verbal, selain itu dalam upaya pendisiplinan, guru kadangkala takut memberikan hukuman maupun teguran akibat dari pertimbangan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2014 sebagai perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak. banyak kasus terjadi terkait penganiayaan yang dilakukan peserta didik kepada pendidik pada zaman ini yang membuat pendidik cemas dalam menegakkan tindak pendisiplinan kepada peserta didik untuk memperbaiki watak dan perilaku mereka. Penulis melaksanakan penelitian secara empiris dalam kegiatan kerja praktek di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 12 Batam, yang mana penulis akan mengkaji apakah pelaksanaan perlindungan dari segala aspek kekerasan terhadap guru juga murid telah dilakukan dengan baik, kemudian dari hasil kerja praktek ini penulis merancang beberapa luaran yang nantinya dapat meminimalisir tindak-tindak kekerasan terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, dengan tujuan menggapai budaya sekolah damai anti kekerasan. ********************************************************************** Education is a conscious and planned effort in realizing the character and civilization of a nation that is dignified and responsible, as a supporter of the ideals of the nation and state, namely to educate the Indonesian generation, so an institution is formed in the field of education called school. Schools are divided into several levels including elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools to universities. In addition to educating the nation's life, the formation of polite and polite character is also an important element that students must accept in school by educators. The issue of violence still occurs frequently in the school environment. The acts of violence are not only felt by students but also felt by educators as teachers. Violent actions that can be accepted by students and educators can be in the form of physical or verbal violence, in addition to disciplinary efforts, the teacher is sometimes afraid to give punishment or reprimand as a result of consideration of Law No. 35 of 2014 as a change to Law No. 23 of 2002 about child protection. many cases occur related to the abuse carried out by students to educators in this era which makes educators anxious in enforcing disciplinary actions for students to improve their character and behavior The author carries out empirical research in practical work activities at State Senior High School 12 Batam, where the author will examine whether the implementation of protection from all aspects of violence against teachers and students has been done well or not, then from the results of this practical work the author designed several outputs later can minimize acts of violence occurring in the school environment, with the aim of reaching a culture of peaceful anti-violence schools.
