Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dari kepemimpinan, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada restoran Jepang di Kota Batam. Pentingnya suatu restoran Jepang untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawainya yang bisa berdampak baik maupun buruk bagi restoran Jepang tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan memilih 5 restoran Jepang dengan karyawan terbanyak antara lain Sushi Tei, Zenbu Sushi, Kaiten Sushi, X.O Suki dan Bento Tei. Jumlah populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden dan data dari penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pembagian kuesioner secara langsung kepada 143 responden yang bekerja di 5 restoran Jepang terbanyak. Analisa statistika menggunakan program komputer SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) versi 21.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari kepemimpinan, kompensasi, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada restoran Jepang Kota Batam. ********************************************************************** This research was conducted to find out and analyze from leadership, compensation, work environtment and training which effect Japanese restaurant employee perfomance at Batam. The importance of a Japanese restaurant to pay attention to the factors that affect the performance of employees that can be good or bad for the Japanese restaurant. This research uses purposive sampling method by selecting 5 Japanese restaurants with the most employees, which is Sushi Tei, Zenbu Sushi, Kaiten Sushi, X.O Suki and bento Tei. The total population of this research are 200 respondents and the data from this research were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires directly to 143 respondents who worked in the 5 most Japanese restaurants. This statistical analysis using a SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) computer program 21.0 version The results of this research indicate that there is a significant influence of leadership, compensation, training and work environment on employee performance in Japanese restaurants in Batam.
