Abstract

Kerusakan lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh prilaku membuang sampah sembarangan menyebabkan terjadinya bencana alam seperti banjir yang sering mengakibatkan terjadinya kerugian terhadap jiwa maupun materi. Maka dari itu tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat luas akan pentingnya membuang sampah pada tempatnya harus ditingkatkan lagi guna mencegah dan menghentikan kebiasaan membuang sampah secara sembarangan. Maksud dan tujuan dari dibuatnya penelitian ini ialah merancang atau membuat sebuah produk multimedia berbasis animasi 2 dimensi mengenai Akibat Membuang Sampah Sembarangan yang dimana diharapkan dapat menyampaikan pesan moral yang terkandung didalamnya kepada masyarakat luas. Poduk multimedia ini dirancang dan dibuat menggunakan software Toon Boom Studio. Metode penelitian yang dipakai kedalam proyek multimedia ini merupakan Multimedia Development Life Cycle atau MDLC yang dimana terdapat beberapa bagian tahapan seperti tahap pengonsepan, tahap perancangan, tahap pengumpulan, tahap pembuatan, tahap pengujian, serta tahap pendistribusian. Perancangan ini menghasilkan sebuah produk multimedia berupa video animasi 2 dimensi berdurasi 1 menit 32 detik dengan format MP4 tentang Akibat Membuang Sampah Sembarangan yang dimana dikemas dengan secara menarik serta memiliki fungsi sebagai penyampai pesan moral dan edukasi yang menghibur dan informatif. ********************************************************************** Environmental damage caused by littering behavior causes natural disasters such as floods that often result in loss of life and material. Therefore the level of knowledge of the general public about the importance of disposing of garbage in its place must be increased again in order to prevent and stop the habit of throwing garbage carelessly. The purpose and purpose of making this research is to design or create a 2-dimensional animation-based multimedia product about the effect of waste disposal which is expected to convey the moral message contained in it to the wider community. This multimedia product is designed and created using the Toon Boom Studio software. The research method used in this multimedia project is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle or MDLC, where there are several parts of the stages such as the processing stage, the design stage, the collection stage, the manufacturing stage, the testing phase, and the distribution stage. This design resulted in a multimedia product in the form of 2-dimensional animation video with duration of 1 minute 32 seconds with MP4 format about the effect of waste disposal which is interestingly packaged and has the function as a conveyer of moral messages and entertaining and informative education.
