Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tentang keterkaitan antara lingkungan tempat bekerja yang akan mempengaruhi hasil dari kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit. Kinerja yang baik sangat mempengaruhi dalam pencapaian tujuan Rumah Sakit. Hasil kinerja yang baik juga menghasilkan rasa kepuasan dalam bekerja pada masing-masing karyawan sehingga menimbulkan rasa untuk berkomitmen yang tinggi di Rumah Sakit tersebut. Pada penelitian ini sampel Rumah sakit yang digunakan yaitu 4 Rumah Sakit swasta yang ada dikota batam diantaranya RS. Awal bros, RS. Budi kemuliaan, RS. Harapan Bunda, RS. Elisabeth. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Rumah Sakit swasta kota batam yang merupakan responden dari penelitian ini. Didalam kuesioner terdapat beberapa pertanyaan umum seperti jenis kelamin, dan tempat bekerja. Selain itu terdapat pula pertanyaan utama yang ditujukan kepada responden seperti pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan variabel pada penelitian ini. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Pada penelitian ini diyakini bahwa terdapat variabel yang memiliki pengaruh positif pada Perceived Organizational Performance terhadap variabel Organizational Climate, Ethical Leadership, dan Organizational Commitment.----This research was conducted with the aim of knowing about the relationship between the work environment which will affect the results of the hospital employees' performance. Good performance greatly affects the achievement of hospital goals. Good performance results also produce a sense of satisfaction in working for each employee, giving rise to a sense of high commitment at the hospital. In this study the sample of hospitals used were 4 private hospitals in Batam, including RS. Awal bros, RS. Budi kemuliaan, RS. Harapan Bunda, RS. Elisabeth. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Batam city private hospital who were the respondents of this study. In the questionnaire, there are some general questions such as gender, and place of work. In addition, there are also main questions addressed to respondents such as questions related to variables in this study. In this study, using IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software. In this study it is believed that there are variables that have a positive influence on Perceived Organizational Performance on Organizational Climate, Ethical Leadership, and Organizational Commitment variables.
