Abstract

Target dari dilakukannya kerja praktik ini adalah membantu Tri Suncool dalam melakukan pencatatan akuntansi serta proses pelaporannya. Sebelumnya Tri Suncool tidak memiliki sistem untuk melakukan proses pencatatan, sehingga laporan keuangan tidak dapat dihasilkan. Kegiatan perancangan ini dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu 1 Juli – 30 November 2019. Metode yang diterapkan dalam tahap pengumpulan data yakni dengan metode tanya jawab dan observasi. Perancangan sistem disusun dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Access. Sistem dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan usaha yang sedang dijalaninya dan dapat digunakan dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang handal berupa laporan laba rugi, laporan posisi keuangan. Setelah proses penyelesaian akan perancangan, maka akan diimplementasikan ke Tri Suncool. Sehingga dengan dirancangnya sistem ini diharapkan dapat menunjang toko untuk kedepannya dalam menghasilkan laporan yang handal dan akurat. ********************************************************************** The target of the implementation is to assist Tri Suncool in recording accounting and reporting processes. Previously, Tri Suncool did not have a system for recording, so financial reports could not be generated. This design activity was carried out in the period of 1 July - 30 November 2019. The method applied in the data collection stage was the question and answer method and observation. The accounting system that is designed is based on Microsoft Office Access. The system is designed based on the needs of the business that is being lived and can be used in producing reliable financial reports in the form of income statements, statements of financial position. One of the positive impacts generated by the design of this accounting recording system is that the user becomes more understanding about financial related matters which so far have only been using the estimation method.
