Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari variabel Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Compatibility dan Trust terhadap Behavioral Intention yang berkaitan dengan perilaku nasabah bank dalam menggunakan layanan internet banking. Internet banking merupakan salah satu kebutuhan nasabah dalam bertransaksi yang mudah dan cepat dan hal ini dipahami dengan baik oleh bank penyelenggara layanan internet banking. Penelitian melibatkan nasabah bank umum yang menggunakan layanan internet banking untuk mengisi kuesioner yang disiapkan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Sebanyak 300 kuesioner yang disebarkan namun yang kembali sebanyak ada sebanyak 270 kuesioner yang kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data dengan SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang siginifikan positif pada semua hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti. Dengan hasil kesimpulan ini, bank penyelenggara layanan internet banking dapat mengambil manfaat berkaitan dengan perilaku nasabah terhadap internet banking. ********************************************************************** This study aims to discuss the effect of the variable Usability, Perceived Ease of Use, Compatibility and Trust in Behavior Intentions related to the involvement of banks in using internet banking services. Internet banking is one of the main needs for easy and fast transactions and this is well discussed by banks providing internet banking services. Research involving commercial banks that use internet banking services to fill out questionnaires provided to collect research data. 300 questionnaires were distributed as many as 270 questionnaires which were then processed by SPSS version 21. Based on the results of this study can conclude a significant positive relationship on all relationships between variables traded. With this conclusion, banks that conduct internet banking services can receive benefits related to those related to internet banking.
