Abstract

Tugas Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan untuk memberi masukan kepada PT. Astaka Giri Arta dalam mengidentifikasi kinerja serta kompetensi pekerja yang ada. Didukung dengan standarisasi sistem penilaian kinerja diharapkan mampu memberikan pandangan dalam menentukan tindakan pengembangan dan motivasi karyawan secara individu maupun terhadap organisasi. Proyek ini diperlukan di PT. Astaka Giri Arta karena belum pernah memiliki dan melakukan penilaian kinerja kepada karyawan selama berdirinya perusahaan. Kerja Praktik dengan masa pengerjaan mulai 01 Oktober 2019 hingga 29 Februari 2020 menggunakan cara observasi, _interview, _perancangan, simulasi_dan_finalisasi. Perusahaan akan mendapatkan pandangan tentang cara melakukan penilaian kepada pekerja dan pencapaian kerja. Formulir penilaian akan menjadi alat pendukung dalam melakukan penilaian. Sistem penilaian kinerja dibuat dengan menggunakan program Excel. Penilaian ini dirancang dengan mengadopsi dari beberapa sumber menyesuaikan denga kebutuhan perusahaan terkait. Perolehan hasil melalui penerapan penilaian kinerja yang terstandarisasi ini adalah peningkatan kualitas kinerja karyawan secara individu maupun kelompok. ********************************************************************** The internship task aims to provide input to PT. Astaka Giri Arta in identifying individual employee performance and competencies. With the existence of a standarized performance appraisal sistem is expected to be able to support insight in actions determination of development and motivation of employees individually and towards the organization. This activity was carried out because PT. Astaka Giri Arta has never had and conducted performance appraisals to employees during the companys establishment. Practical Work with a work period from October 1, 2019 to February 29, 2020 using the method of observation, interview, design, simulation and finalization. The company will get a view on how to assess workers and work performance. The assessment form will be a supporting tool in conducting the assessment. The performance appraisal system was created using the Excel program. This assessment is designed by adopting from a number of sources according to the company concerned. Obtaining results through the implementation of standardized performance appraisals is an increase in the quality of employee performance individually or in groups.
