Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pembuatan akta Jaminan Fidusia beserta pendaftaran Jaminan Fidusia menurut teori yang benar dan bagaimana implementasinya di kantor notaris yang berwenang membuat akta tersebut. Kerja Praktek ini memberikan solusi dari masalah yang berkaitan dengan ketidaklengkapan berkas yang dibutuhkan untuk proses Pendaftaran Jaminan Fidusia dalam pemberkasan serta strategi kerja yang tepat dan cepat. Solusinya adalah membuat list data-data yang harus dilengkapi oleh pemberi jasa dalam hal ini adalah Perbankan dan Finance, yang nantinya akan di centang oleh karyawan notaris. Jadi setiap berkas yang akan masuk akan dimasukkan kedalam map yang berisikan list dokumen untuk selanjutnya dengan mudah dapat digunakan karyawan notaris dalam pengecekan dokumen. Masalah muncul berkaitan dengan ketidaklengkapan berkas menghambat proses Pendaftaran Jaminan Fidusia dan Pembuatan Akta Jaminan Fidusia dapat diminimalisir dengan solusi di atas dan proses pelaksanaan akan lebih cepat dan tepat sesuai dengan aturan. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to find out how the Fiduciary Guarantee deed system and Fiduciary Guarantee registration according to the correct theory and how it is implemented in the notary office authorized to make the deed. This practical work provides a solution to the problems related to the incompleteness of the files needed for the Fiduciary Guarantee Registration process in filing and an appropriate and fast work strategy. The solution is to make a list of data that must be completed by the service provider in this case is Banking and Finance, which will be checked by notary employees. So every file that will be entered will be put into a folder that contains a list of documents so that it can easily be used by notary employees in checking documents. Problems arise related to the incompleteness of the file hindering the process of Fiduciary Guarantee Registration and Making Fiduciary Deed Guarantee can be minimized with the above solution and the implementation process will be faster and more precise according to the rules.
