Abstract
Pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini untuk memudahkan pemilik Toko Meranti Jaya dalam menyusun pencatatan akuntansi dengan sistem berbasis web based. Melalui sistem ini, maka penginputan transaksi usaha menjadi lebih efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi keuangan dengan akurasi tinggi sehingga pemilik Toko Meranti Jaya dapat mengambil kebijakan usaha. Proses pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini berlangsung sejak 17 Agustus 2019 hinga 29 Februari 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam kerja praktek yaitu metode observasi dan wawancara. Sistem ini dirancang sesuai dengan keperluan pemilik usaha mulai dari menu utama, form transaksi, jurnal khusus dan umum, buku besar umum dan pembantu, neraca saldo serta laporan keuangan. Setelah penulis selesai merancang sistem, sistem tersebut diimplementasikan ke Toko Meranti Jaya. Pengimplementasian sistem membawa pengaruh positif untuk kelangsungan usaha Toko Meranti Jaya sehingga pemilik mengetahui kondisi keuangannya untuk dapat mengambil kebijakan usaha. ********************************************************************** The implementation of this practical work is to facilitate the owner of Toko Meranti Jaya in compiling accounting records with a web based system. Through this system, business transaction input becomes more effective to give financial information with high accuracy so that Toko Meranti Jaya’s owner can take business policies. The process of implementing this practical work took place from August 17, 2019 to February 29, 2020. The method used in practical work is observation and interviews. This system is designed in accordance with the needs of business owners ranging from the main menu, transaction forms, special and general journals, general ledgers and helpers, trial balance and financial reports. After the authors finished designing the system, the system was implemented in the Toko Meranti Jaya. The implementation of the system has a positive influence on the business continuity of Toko Meranti Jaya so that the owner knows his financial condition to be able to take business policies.
