Abstract

Perancangan sebuah sistem akuntansi merupakan tujuan dalam penyusunan laporan kerja praktik ini. Vivi Fashions adalah salah satu jenis usaha yang telah lama menjalankan usaha namun hingga saat ini belum memiliki sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang sesuai dengan keadaan usahanya. Dengan dirancang sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi untuk Vivi Fashions karena selama menjalankan usaha, pemilik usaha kesulitan dalam mengetahui stok persediaan dan juga tidak ada laporan keuangan. Penulis menggunakan sebuah program aplikasi basis data komputer yaitu Microsoft Office Access 2010. Pada sistem yang penulis rancang terdapat beberapa akun pencatatan contohnya daftar pemasok dan daftar pelanggan yang memudahkan dalam pencatatan transaksi pembelian dan penjualan barang dagang. Selain itu juga terdapat output berupa laporan yang penulis rancang untuk Vivi Fashion contohnya seperti laporan penjualan, laporan pembelian, laporan sisa persediaan, laporan laba rugi dan laporan posisi keuangan yang dapat dilihat pada periode yang diinginkan. Dengan segala proses yang telah dilewati, akhirnya sistem yang telah penulis rancang dapat diaplikasikan dengan baik dan lancar. Dengan sistem ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang selama ini menjadi kendala dalam usaha yaitu adanya laporan keuangan yang mempermudah dalam mengetahui informasi keuangan atas usaha yang dijalankan saat ini dan juga mengetahui laporan persediaan pada Vivi Fashions. ********************************************************************** The design of an accounting system is the goal in preparing this practical work report. Vivi Fashions is a type of business that has long run a business but until now has not had an accounting recording system that is appropriate to the circumstances of its business. With this system designed can be a solution for Vivi Fashions because during running a business, business owners have difficulty in knowing inventory stock and also there are no financial reports. The author uses a computer database application program that is Microsoft Office Access 2010. In the system that the author designed there are several recording accounts for example a list of suppliers and customer lists that make it easy to record purchases and sales of merchandise transactions. In addition there are also outputs in the form of reports that the authors designed for Vivi Fashion for example such as sales reports, purchase reports, reports of remaining inventory, income statements and statements of financial position that can be seen in the desired period. With all the processes that have been passed, finally the system that the author has designed can be applied well and smoothly. With this system can overcome the problems that have become obstacles in the business, namely the existence of financial reports that make it easier to find out financial information about the business being run at this time and also know the inventory report on Vivi Fashions.
