Abstract
Toko Bens Furniture merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang mebel di mana menghasilkan produk furniture. Selama berjalannya usaha, toko Bens Furniture belum mempunyai program pencatatan keuangan. Toko Bens Furniture masih menggunakan metode pencatatan secara manual. Tujuan pelaksanaan kerja praktik ini adalah menanggulangi permasalahan pembukuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode tanya jawab dan melakukan peninjauan langsung agar dapat mengetahui situasi yang berhubungan operasi kegiatan yang dijalankan sehari-hari. Sistem yang dirancangkan berdasar kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh Toko Bens Furniture yang berkaitan dengan bisnis yang dijalankan. Sistem yang dirancang oleh peneliti adalah sistem web-based. Hasil pelaksanaan kerja praktik adalah menghasilkan sebuah sistem pencatatan yang dapat menerbitkan laporan keuangan berdasarkan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Dengan adanya sistem akuntansi, peneliti mengharapkan dapat mempermudahkan Toko Bens Furniture untuk memperoleh laporan keuangan yang akurat sehingga dapat mengevaluasi keuangan terhadap bisnis. ********************************************************************** Bens Furniture Stores is a business engaged in furniture that produces furniture products. During the course of business, Bens Furniture stores do not have a financial recording program. Bens Furniture stores still use manual recording methods. The purpose of carrying out this work is to overcome the bookkeeping problem. The research method used is to use the question and answer method and conduct a direct review so that it can be known about the operations performed daily. The system is designed to meet the needs needed by Bens Furniture Stores related to the business being run. The system designed by researchers is a web-based system. The result of the implementation of practical work is to create a recording system that can publish financial reports based on applicable accounting standards. With the existence of an accounting system, researchers can make it easier for Bens Furniture Stores to obtain accurate financial reports so that they can facilitate finances for the business.
