Abstract

Royale Pet Shop And Care adalah salah satu dari jenis bisnis yang menggerakkan bidang usaha jual makanan dan juga aksesoris hewan peliharaan, serta jasa kesehatan atau klinik, penitipan atau hotel, dan salon kecantikan bagi hewan peliharaan di Kota Batam. Royale Pet Shop And Care sudah berdiri selama 1 tahun sejak tahun 2019 berdomisili di Ruko Trikarsa Equalita Blok J No 10. Royale Pet Shop And Care masih tidak mempunyai suatu sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang handal dan cepat, sehingga sangat menghambat dalam mendapatkan sebuah keputusan bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Kerja Praktik ini memiliki tujuan agar dapat membantu Royale Pet Shop And Care dalam penyelesaian permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi saat ini. Kegiatan wawancara serta observasi secara langsung adalah metode yang dipakai pada kerja praktik ini. Perancangan sistem akuntansi untuk Royale Pet Shop And Care menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Office Access. Sistem akuntansi ini dirancang mulai dari penginputan daftar akun dan data transaksi memakai form hingga hasil akhir yang berupa laporan keuangan serta operasional lain. Hasil dari sistem diimplementasikan kepada Royale Pet Shop And Care dan menghasilkan hasil yang sangat memuaskan. Banyak dari kekurangan pada sistem telah dilaksanakan perbaikan serta penyempurnaan agar dapat serasi dengan kondisi usaha saat ini. Sistem ini mampu untuk menciptakan laporan keuangan yang lebih baik dan juga laporan persediaan barang dagang yang mampu menjelaskan masuk dan keluarnya barang dengan baik dan jelas. Sistem ini diharapkan akan memperoleh perubahan-perubahan yang jauh lebih baik untuk menyesuaikan terhadap situasi usaha di masa mendatang. ********************************************************************** Royale Pet Shop And Care is one type of the business that engaged in the sale of pet food and accessories also pet clinic service, animal care, and pet grooming in city of Batam. Royale Pet Shop And Care has been established for 1 year since 2019 located at Ruko Trikarsa Equalita Blok J No 10. Royale Pet Shop And Care doesn’t have an accounting system that is reliable and fast, so it is very inhibiting to obtain a good and precise business decision. This practical work has the aim to help Royale Pet Shop And Care solves the problems faced right now. Direct interview and observation activities are the methods that is used in this practical work. The designing of an accounting system for Royale Pet Shop And Care is using software named Microsoft Office Access. The accounting system designed starting from the input of the list of accounts and transaction data using forms till final results which are financial and other operational reports. The results of system are implemented to Royale Pet Shop And Care and it showed some satisfactory outcome. Various deficiencies of the system were carried out some perfections and improvements to adjust with the current situations. The system can make some better financial reports, as well as inventory reports that the goods in and out can be explained well and clearly. Hopefully expecting the system will get some better changes to adjust with the conditions of the business in the future.
