Abstract

Sistem akuntansi merupakan salah satu faktor keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, dengan adanya sistem akuntansi perusahaan akan lebih mudah dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan. Sistem akuntansi yang canggih juga akan membantu menyelesaikan masalah perusahaan dengan cepat dan tepat, sehingga pengelolaan dalam perusahaan akan berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem akuntansi yang bermanfaat bagi pengusaha kecil mikro dan menegah, sehingga pengusaha akan lebih cepat dalam mengambil keputusan bagi perusahaannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Toko Sinar Elim Keramik salah satu usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang berada di Batam. Sistem akuntansi pada penelitian ini menggunakan sistem dari program Microsoft Access. Program tersebut dirancang sehingga dapat menghasilkan menu yang digunakan untuk mencatat transaksi dan dapat menghasilkan suatu laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Sinar Elim Keramik telah menggunakan sistem akuntansi melalui program Microsoft Access pada kegiatan proses transaksi sehari-hari dan dapat menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang lebih tepat dan akurat sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang ada. ********************************************************************** The accounting system is one of the success factors of a company , with the accounting system company will be easier to take a decisions. A sophisticated accounting system will also help solve company problems quickly and accurately, so that management within the company will run more effectively and efficiently. This research aims to create an accounting system that is beneficial for micro and middle small entrepreneurs, so that entrepreneurs will be faster in making decisions for their companies. This research was conducted at the Toko Sinar Elim Keramik, one of the small and medium micro businesses in Batam. The accounting system in this study uses the system of the program Microsoft Access. The program is designed so that it can produce a menu that is used to record transactions and can produce a financial report in accordance with existing accounting standards. The results showed that Toko Sinar Elim Keramik has used an accounting system through the Microsoft Access program in daily transaction processing activities and can produce financial reports that are more precise and accurate in accordance with existing accounting standards .
