Abstract

Kerja praktek di sini mempunyai tujuan dalam mengatasi masalah dan hambatan pada usaha Sofy Laundry. Dalam pencatatan akuntansi Sofy Laundry menggunakan pencatatan manual yaitu pencatatan dalam pembukuan yang ditulis tangan serta sangat sederhana sehingga tidak bisa menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang memadai serta akurat. Usaha Sofy Laundry juga tidak dapat mengetahui secara pasti laba serta rugi yang diterima setiap harinya. Di sini penulis akan menolong pemilik usaha dalam menangani masalah serta hambatan pada Sofy Laundry dengan membuat sistem pencatatan akuntansi berbasis microsoft office access. Sistem ini dirancang dan dibikin terhadap kebutuhan usaha Sofy Laundry serta dibuat sesederhana mungkin agar pemilik usaha tidak kesulitan dalam mengoperasikannya. Setelah melalui perancangan dari sistem dan melaksanakan impelementasi, dan kondisi setelah implementasi ialah menghasilkan informasi yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Aspek yang harus ditindaklanjuti ialah melakukan perbaruan terhadap sistem agar pemilik usaha bisa membuat laporan keuangan yang benar serta lengkap. ********************************************************************** This work practice has a goal in addressing the problems and barriers to the business Sofy laundry. In accounting records, Sofy Laundry which use manual registration in bookkeeping is handwriting and very simple so it can not produce adequate and accurate financial statements. Sofy Laundry Business also can not know with the specific profit and loss gained every day. Here authors will assist business owners in addressing the problems and barriers of laundry Sofy by creating a microsoft office access based accounting Logging system. The system is designed and manufactured according to the business needs of laundry Sofy and is made as simple as possible so that business owners have no problems in its operations. After going through the system of design and implementation, and the condition after implementation is to produce more effective and efficient information. The aspect that needs to be followed is to update the system so that business owners can create true and complete financial statements.
