Abstract

Tujuan utama dalam kegiatan kerja praktik ini yaitu membantu kendala Vanesa Laundry mulai dari setiap pencatatan transaksi, hingga pembuatan laporan finansial. Vanesa Laundry merupakan usaha mencuci yang hanya melakukan pencatatan dengan cara manual dan tidak dapat mengetahui kondisi finansial usahanya secara akurat. Proyek ini menggunakan program Microsoft Access 2010 sebagai perancang sistemnya. Luaran proyek ini memiliki formulir-formulir yang dapat diolah menjadi laporan finansial yang akurat sehingga dapat mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi pemilik serta dapat dijadikan informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan usaha. Sistem yang dirancang telah diterapkan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan permintaan pemilik, kini Vanesa Laundry lebih mudah dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksinya. Namun pengembangan dan perbaikan sistem sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjamin laporan finansial yang dihasilkan tetap akurat. ********************************************************************** The main objective in this practical work activity is to help Vanesa Laundry constraints starting from recording each transaction, to making financial reports. Vanesa Laundry is a washing business that only records manually and cannot accurately determine the financial conditions of the business. This project uses the Microsoft Access 2010 program as the system designer. This project output has forms that can be processed into accurate financial reports so that they can overcome obstacles faced by the owner and can be used as information for decision making in business development. The system designed has been implemented smoothly and according to the owner's request, Vanesa Laundry is now easier to record transactions. However, the development and improvement of the system is needed to ensure that the resulting financial reports remain accurate.
