Abstract

Proses pelaksanaan kerja praktik di salah satu UMKM yakni Edwin Pempek berlokasi di jalan Golden Land yang telah berjalan selama 5 tahun ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah owner dalam proses pencatatan transaksi keuangan serta pengambilan keputusan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada periode 15 Juli 2019 – 12 Desember 2019 dengan melakukan berbagai proses dimulai dari wawancara dengan owner, pengamatan lokasi sampai penerapan prancangan sistem sesuai kebutuhan usahanya. Penulis menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office Access 2010 merancang sistem akuntansi sesuai kebutuhan owner guna mempermudah pengambilan langkap kedepan bisnisnya. Setelah proses implementasi, pengguna merasa adanya sistem tersebut membawa kondisi bisnis jauh lebih baik. Kini Edwin Pempek dapat meluncurkan laporan keuangan yang handal mampu membantu pemilik melanjutkan tindakan yang tepat di masa depan. ********************************************************************** The process of carrying out practical work at one of the UMKM, Edwin Pempek, located on Golden Land Road which has been running for 5 years, aims to facilitate the owner in the process of recording financial transactions and decision making. This activity was carried out in the period 15 July 2019 - 12 December 2019 by carrying out various processes starting from interviews with the owner, observing the location to applying the system design according to business needs. The author uses the Microsoft Office Access 2010 application to design an accounting system according to the needs of the owner in order to facilitate the capture of future business. After the implementation process, the user feels that the system brings a much better business condition. Now Edwin Pempek can launch a reliable financial report that is able to help the owner continue the right actions in the future.
