Abstract

Pencatatan akuntansi sangat diperlukan untuk setiap unit usaha, walaupun usaha tersebut masuk kedalam golongan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Semuanya memerlukan adanya pencatatan yang mampu menghasilkan sebuah laporan yang dapat membantu pemilik mengembangkan usahanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDIT As-salam, sekolah ini sudah berdiri selama tujuh tahun dan belum memiliki sistem untuk pencatatan akuntansi. Pemilik hanya mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran kedalam sebuah buku, pencatatan yang dilakukan tersebut tidak menghasilkan sebuah informasi mengenai kondisi keuangan perusahaan, kendala ini yang menjadi dasar penulis dalam merancang sistem. Sistem yang dirancang telah diimplementasikan disekolah As-Salam selama dua bulan. Sistem dapat dipahami oleh pemilik dan mampu menghasilkan sebuah laporan yang memberikan informasi kepada pemilik mengenai kondisi keuangan usahanya. ********************************************************************** Accounting recording is indispensable for every business unit, although the business entered into small micro Enterprise (MSMES). Business unit require accounting records that can generate a report that can help Owners develop their businesses. This study was conducted in SDIT As-Salam, this school has been standing for seven years and does not have an accounting system. The owner only recorded income and expenses into a book, the recording that did not generate an information about the company's financial condition, therefore the author help to design the system. The designed system has been implemented in the As-Salam for two months. The system can be understood by the owner and able to produce a report that gives information to the owner about the financial condition of his business.
