Abstract

Law Office JF Priority adalah sebuah usaha yang termasuk dalam jenis UMKM. Law Office JF Priority bergerak dalam bidang usaha jasa hukum. Terdapat berbagai macam ruang lingkup jasa yang ditawarkan oleh Law Office JF Priority sebagai berikut: Legal Opinion, Legal Due Diligent, Review Perjanjian, Pendampingan Hukum, Litigasi. Dibalik dari jasa-jasa yang diberikan oleh JF Priority sebagai sebuah instansi hukum, JF Priority masih belum memiliki sistem pencatatan yang memadai serta mendukung pemilik dalam mengambil keputusan. Pencatatan atas operasional usaha semua dicatat dalam sebuah buku, yang kemudian akan dilihat kembali oleh pemilik setiap bulannya. Dengan cara ini pemilik kesulitan untuk mengakses informasi keuangan usaha yang dijalankan karena tidak tersedianya laporan keuangan yang handal dan dapat menjadi acuan untuk mengambil keputusan. Berdasarkan latar belakang entitas sebagai sebua usaha yang bergerak pada bidang hukum dan pemilik dari usaha tidak memiliki latar belakang keuangan ini memperlihatkan bahwa pemilik memiliki kekurangan dalam penyusunan informasi keuangan yang dibutuhkannya. Sehingga proyek ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk membantu pemilik menyusun informasi keuangan yang handal dengan menggunakan sistem pencatatan yang terkomputerisasi, sehingga pemilik dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi keuangan serta mengambil keputusan. Setelah dilakukannya implementasi untuk sistem yang telah dirancang, sistem telah disesuaikan dengan usaha dari JF Priority dan telah memunuhi kebutuhan untuk pencatatan usaha. Pemilik dapat dengan mudah memahami cara pemakaian sistem dan mengerti cara untuk mengakses informasi-informasi keuangan melalui sistem. ********************************************************************** Law Office JF Priority is a small entreprise company that offer law services. There are several kind of services offered by Law Office JF Priority such as : Legal Opinion, Legal Due Diligent, Agreement Review, Law Companion and Litigation. Aside from the law services that the company offers, Law Office JF Priority doesn’t have a proper recording system to help the owner to make financial decision. All the operational cost occurred is written in a book and reviewed by the owner every month. By applying such traditional method, the owner is facing difficulties to access the financial information and financial condition of the business because of the inavailibility of proper financial report to be depend on during decision making. Because the owner came from law background and not financial related background, arranging a proper financial report become an issue. That’s why this project is conducted to help the owner of Law Office JF Priority to arrange a proper computerized financial report so the owner can easily access the financial information needed to make business decisions. After the poject implementation and adjustment of the system made for Law Office JF Priority, the owner of Law Office JF Priority can now easily understand and make use the system to access the information needed.
