Abstract
Pada laporan kerja praktek yang berjudul “Kegiatan Magang Trainee Kitchen di Bintan Lagoon Resort.” Bertujuan untuk mengetahui ilmu dasar dan teknik memasak yang dilakukan Kitchen dan sebagai salah satu syarat untuk memenuhi pembelajaran dikampus. Dalam laporan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian terapan yang artinya ialah penelitian yang penelis dituntun untuk mencapai sebuah informasi yang bisa pakai untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan objek menerapkan, menguji, serta mengevaluasi masalah yang efesien. Dengan adanya laporan kerja praktek ini penulis banyak mengetahui keadaan operasional Kitchen ********************************************************************** In the practical work report entitled & kitchen Internship Trainee Activities at Bintan Lagoon Resort.& Aims to find out the basic science and cooking techniques carried out by the Kitchen and as one of the requirements to fulfill learning on campus. In this report, the authors use applied research methods, which means that research is guided by researchers to achieve information that can be used to solve problems with the object of applying, testing, and evaluating problems efficiently. With this practical work report, many writers are aware of Kitchen& Operational conditions
