Abstract

Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam sistem pencatatan akuntansi pada salah satu Usaha Mikro, Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Batam yaitu Lina Salon. Pencatatan yang dilakukan salon ini menggunakan cara sederhana sehingga tidak dapat menyajikan suatu laporan pada periode tertentu dan tidak mampu mengambil keputusan dengan baik untuk perusahaan. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Office Access. Program disusun sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku, yaitu Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil Menengah Makro (SAK EMKM). Hasil luaran dari proyek ini berupa formulir, daftar akun-akun, daftar aset, daftar persediaan barang, jurnal umum dan penyesuaian, Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Laba Rugi, Laporan Neraca Saldo, Laporan Penjualan, Laporan Pembelian dan Laporan Persediaan Barang. Kesimpulan, perancangan sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang sesuai keperluan oleh Lina Salon telah diimplementasikan dengan baik. Pada saat ini pengguna telah mampu menginput transaksi-transaksi yang terjadi dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan perusahaan sesuai pedoman standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan mampu membantu pemilik untuk mengambil keputusan bisnis kedepannya. Kata kunci: perancangan, sistem, akuntansi, laporan keuangan, sak emkm ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to overcome problems in the accounting recording system in one of the improving entity in Batam island, Lina Salon. Recording done by the salon uses a simple method so it cannot present reports for a certain period and cannot make good decisions for the company. The accounting recording system is designed using the Microsoft Office Access program. Program preparation is adjusted to applicable accounting standards (SAK EMKM). The outputs of this project are in the form, list of accounts, list of assets, inventory list, general journals and adjustments, statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss, sales and purchase report, inventory report and trial balance. The conclusion, the design of the accounting records system that is appropriate for Lina Salon has been implemented correctly. At this time the user has been able to inpu transactions that occur and produce the company’s financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standard guidelines.
