Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan dalam meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterikatan karyawan pada hotel berbintang di Batam. Variabel independen yang diteliti adalah mengenai budaya kerja organisasi, kerjasama tim, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, penulis menyebarkan kuesioner pada karyawan dari lima hotel berbintang empat di Batam untuk mendapatkan data penelitian. Kuesioner disebarkan sebanyak 130 responden dan kemudian hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk mendapatkan data demografi responden dan data hasil pengujian siginifikansi antar variabel, didapatkan hasil bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat keterikatan kerja pada karyawan hotel berbintang di Batam. ********************************************************************** This research is focused on examining the factors that influence employee engagement in star hotels in Batam. The independent variables studied were about organizational work culture, teamwork, leadership and compensation In conducting this research, the authors distributed questionnaires to employees from five four-star hotels on Batam to obtain research data. 130 questionnaires were distributed and then the results of distributing the questionnaire were processed using SPSS. After testing using SPSS to obtain the respondents' demoghraphy data and the results of the significance tests between variables, it was found that all independent variables had a significant effect on the level of engagement of employees of star hotels in Batam.
