Abstract

Hal yang harus diperhatikan pada saat memelihara ikan adalah kualitas air. Faktor kesibukan menjadi alasan sulitnya menjaga kualitas air dari waktu ke waktu. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibuat suatu alat yang dapat membantu pemelihara ikan secara otomatis menjaga kualitas air sesuai dengan kebutuhan ideal ikan. Alat tersebut mendeteksi perubahan pH air akuarium. Sistem yang mendeteksi perubahan tingkat keasaman air mentrigger aktuator penambah cairan penetral untuk menjaga kadar air akuarium pada kondisi ideal. Pengantian air secara otomatis dilakukan jika kondisi air pada akuarium sudah tidak layak untuk kelangsungan hidup ikan. Hasil dari proyek ini berupa alat yang dapat digunakan pada sistem pemeliharaan ikan yang secara otomatis menjaga kualitas air dengan cara menjaga level pH ideal bagi ikan maupun sekaligus mengganti air jika memang sudah tidak layak digunakan. ********************************************************************** Things must be considered when raising fish is quality of water. The busyness factor is sometimes the reason for not maintaining the quality of water from time to time. To resolve the problems, a system was designed to help the fish keeper to automatically maintain the quality of water in accordance to the ideal needs of the fish. The system detects the change level of pH in aquarium water. The changes in the acidity level of water will the trigger actuator to release neutralizing liquid to the aquarium water. Automatic water replacement mechanism will be activated if the water conditions in the aquariumis no longert suitable for fishes life. The results of this project are systems that can automatically maintain water quality by monitoring an ideal pH level for fishes and automatically replace water if it is no longer suitable for use.
