Abstract

Jalan Poros merupakan salah satu jalan kebanggaan masyarakat tanjung balai karimun yang sering dilalui masyarakat. Kerusakan yang terjadi pada setiap daerah khususnya kota berkembang terdapat bermacam-macam tipe kerusakan jalan seperti lubang, genangan air, retak, tambalan dan amblas dapa terjadi dikarenakan meningkatnya jumlah lalu lintas pada ruas jalan. Pemilihan penanganan kerusakan jalan dapat dilakukan dengan penilaian terhadap kondisi permukaan secara visual dengan menggunakan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) yang merupakan sistem penilaian kondisi perkerasan jalan berdasarkan jenis, tingkat dan luas kerusakan yang terjadi. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) memiliki tujuan mengetahui jenis pada kerusakan, berapa persentase dari kerusakan yang ada dan untuk mengetahui berapa nilai indeks kondisi permukaan perkerasan lentur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan terdapat 6 macam kerusakan yang ada pada perkerasan lentur ruas jalan poros Sta0+000 - Sta1+000, yaitu kerusakan retak kulit buaya, kerusakan retak tepi perkerasan, kerusakan retak memanjang, kerusakan tambalan, kerusakan lubang, dan kerusakan pelepasan butir. Nilai indeks kondisi perkerasan rata-rata ruas jalan poros Sta0+000 - Sta1+000 adalah 79,9 % yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik (very good). Meskipun secara keseluruhan kondisi ruas jalan poros Sta0+000 - Sta1+000 masih termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik (very good), tetapi pada beberapa segmen harus dilakukan perbaikan akibat kerusakan agar tidak menjadi lebih parah. ********************************************************************** Poros Street is one of the proud streets of Tanjung Peninsula, Karimun, before the ring road by the sea. The damage that occurs in every area, especially in Tanjung Balai Karimun, there are various types of road damage such as holes, puddles, cracks, patches and collapse which occur due to the increasing amount of traffic on the road.. The selection of road damage handling can be done by assessing the surface conditions visually by using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method, which is a pavement condition assessment system based on the type, level and extent of damage that occurs. The analysis performed by the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method has the purpose of knowing the type of damage, what percentage of damage is there and to find out what the flexural pavement surface index value is. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out there are 6 types of damage that exist on the flexible pavement of the Sta0 + 000 - Sta1 + 000 axle road section, namely cracking of skin cracks, pavement edge crack damage, longitudinal crack damage, patch damage, hole damage, and breakage damage item. The index value of the pavement condition on average the axis road Sta0+000 - Sta1 + 000 is 79.9% which is included in the category of very good (very good). Even though the overall condition of the Sta0+000 - Sta1+000 axle road is still included in the very good category, repairs due to damage must be done in some segments so that it does not get worse.
