Abstract

Kekuatan suatu bisnis dapat diukur dari beberapa faktor yang salah satu nya adalah laporan sistem keuangan. Bersama dengan ini pencatatan rekam pemasok juga penting untuk membangun pondasi dalam suatu bisnis. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pembaharuan terhadap suatu usaha bisnis guna memperluas dan bertahan didalam persaingan usaha. Tujuan awal dari kerja praktek ini adalah untuk membantu UMKM Kayu Manis Batam dalam memulai bisnis dengan merancang, dan mengimplementasikan suatu sistem laporan keuangan sederhana serta pencatatan daftar pemasok. Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan microsoft excel sebagai media pembuatan. Dan menghasilkan beberapa laporan keuangan diantaranya neraca saldo, laba rugi, perubahan modal, dan arus kas. Yang diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM dalam mengontrol, mengawasi dan mengambil keputusan. ********************************************************************** The power of a business can be measured from several factors that one of its financial system reports. Along with this recording of suppliers is also important to build a foundation in a business. Therefore, it takes renewal of a business venture to expand and survive the competition. The initial purpose of this practice was to assist the UMKM Kayu Manis Batam in starting the business by designing, and implementing a simple financial reporting system as well as listing the supplier's listings. In this case the author uses Microsoft Excel as the media rendering. And generate some financial reports such as balance sheet, profit and loss, change of capital, and cash flow. It is hoped that SMES can help control, supervise and make decisions.
