Abstract

According to the research of World Economic Forum (2011) and Asian Productivity Organization (2013), Indonesia is considered as a low productivity country. Facing the incoming threats of Asean Economic Community in 2015, company in Indonesia is asked to prepare for compete in higher competitiveness environement. This research is designed to help those company by giving some managerial suggestion.
