Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis brand awareness, brand associations, brand image dan perceived quality terhadap brand equity pada merek mobil MPV di Batam. Responden dalam penenelitian ini adalah pemakai mobil MPV di Batam. Analisis data ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, sampel dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dimana tingkat pengembalian adalah 92,59%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand awareness, brand associations, brand image dan perceived quality mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap brand equity. Kata Kunci: Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Brand Image, Perceived Quality, dan Mobil MPV di Batam.
