Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi layanan internet banking di kota Batam. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah security perception, channel convenience, prior internet knowledge, perceived risk, information on online banking, perceived ease of use, self efficacy dan trust sebagai variabel independen terhadap internet banking adoption service sebagai variabel dependen. Objek penelitian adalah nasabah bank yang pernah menggunakan intenet banking di kota Batam. Sampel dipilih dengan metode convience sampling. Sebanyak 310 kuisioner dapat digunakan untuk analisa statistik dengan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil dari penelitian ini security perception, channel convenience, prior internet knowledge, perceived risk, information on online banking, perceived ease of use, self-efficacy dan trust berpengaruh terhadap internet banking adoption service.
