Abstract
During the development of technology at this time we can do anything without have to leave from our home. All we need now is a computer that can connect to the internet. With this we can do anything as we want such as browse for the latest news around the world, online shopping and even internet banking. BCA as one of the biggest bank at Indonesia also provide an internet banking for all his customer. With this internet banking customer can do online transaction such as pay phone, electricity, water, credit card bills and also can transfer balance among BCA account and others bank account. We have to know that not only BCA provide internet banking but others banks also do. BCA have to do something to keep customer’s website loyalty in using the internet banking by BCA. The result indicates that parent brand level have a positively significant on website satisfaction, website trust and website loyalty. Also website trust have a positively significant on website loyalty Keywords: Internet banking, website loyalty, parent brand level, website trust, website satisfaction.
