Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational virtuousness, affective well being, job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior. Three hundred employees who worked at three-stars rated hotels in Batam reported their perceptions of organizational virtuousness, affective well being and job satisfaction at work, while their supervisors reporting their organizational citizenship behavior. The datas were collected using survey method by questionnaires. The statistical method used to test, and the research hypothesis was the simple regression and multiple regression method. Results showed that organizational virtuousness predict organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating role of affective well being and job satisfaction negatively related to organizational citizenship behavior.
