Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to explore the reason of turnover intentions. This study is to examine the impact of personal factor, pull factor, and push factor with turnover intentions. Method for the Samples selection is using non-probability method with purposive sampling and the population is lecture in Batam who is working in 5 University by totals sample as much 250 respondents. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are simple regression and multiple regression. The result of 250 respondents reveals that personal factor, pull factor and push factor have significant positive relationship with turnover intentions.
