Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to explore the importance of Organizational citizenship behavior. This study is to examine the impact of training and development opportunities, work life policies and empowerment practices on organizational commitment. Method for the Samples selection is using non-probability method with purposive sampling and the population is employee in Batam who is working in 4 star Hotel by totals sample as much 230 respondents. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are simple regression and multiple regression. The result of 230 respondents reveals that training and development opportunities, work life policies and empowerment practices on organizational commitment have significant positive relationship with organizational commitment and also organizational commitment have significant positive relationship with organizational citizenship behavior.
