Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to propose a model in which team commitment in self-directed teams moderates the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The population in this study were all employees who work at electronic manufacturing in five big company Sekupang industrial area in Batam by using judgement purposive sampling. A total 217 questionnaires were distributed to employees and supervisors. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are regression, multiple regression and moderated regression analysis method. The result showed that all variables have unsignificantly impact to organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: Team Working, Job Satisfaction, Organizational citizenship behavior.
